Разработка состава и технологии таблеток на основе ремантадина

Аннотация

Subjects of research: mixture substantia, containing rcmantadinc, paracetamol and ascorbic acid. Purpose of work: development of the optimal composition and technology, methods for quality control and standardization for the recommended tablets and their biopharmaccutical evaluation. Methods of research: mathematical planning method for an experiment, “in vitro” method and TLC, UV-spcctroscopy, HPLC. The results obtained and their novelty: the combined preparation composition with a symbolic name of “Remantadine-PC” containing rcmantadine, paracetamol and ascorbic acid as active substances has been proposed in the tabletting dosage form. On the base of technological characteristics study of the above mentioned medicinal agents mixture and evaluation of the tablets quality the scientifically substantiated kinds and amounts of auxiliary matters, as well as granulation method and optimal technological process have been recommended. Physico-mcchanical indices of the investigated preparation and its stability while storing were studied too. Practical value: shelf-life was established, methods for standardization were elaborated and biopharmaccutical inquiries of the recommended tablets were carried out. The project of Provisional Pharmacopocial Paper for this preparation has been developed and presented to the Head Department of drug and medical equipment quality control under the Public Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for receiving a permission for the recommended preparation manufacturing and use in medicine. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the recommended technology for the investigated tablets has successfully trialed under industrial terms in JV “REMEDY GROUP” and «UNIVERSAL FARM», technology for the tablets of Rcmantadinc - PC per 0.500 g have been introduced to the educational process of the Tashkent pharmaceutical institute.
