Subjects of the inquiry: 95 unrcscctablc gastric cancer patients Aim of the inquiry: to improve the treatment of unrcscctablc gastric cancer with use of inculcating the method long term cndoartcrial regional polychcmothcr-apy with using mctronidazol. Method of inquiry: clinical, roentgenological, dopplerography, computed tomography, explorative laparoscopy, ultrasound, gastroscopy, ummuneradio-mctric, morphological. The results achieved and their novelty: it is inculcated to the clinical practice the technique of long term cndoartcrial regional polychcmothcrapy with using modificator in unrcscctablc gastric cancer. It was proved the efficacy of the long term cndoartcrial regional chemotherapy in unresectablc gastric cancer in comparison with traditional method. It was worked on indications and contra indications to the proposed treatment. It was studied the role and prognostic value of the on-comarkcr REA in evaluation of efficacy of the long term cndoartcrial regional chemotherapy and system chemotherapy with using mctronidazol in unresectablc gastric cancer. It was investisated the degree of the patomorphosis depending on method of treatment. Practical value: it is sussested to the clinical oncology improved high effective method of long term cndoartcrial polychcmothcrapy with using modificator mctronidazol, which is in comparison with traditional method reliably increase duration and quality of life. It is developed the optimal term and regimen of chemotherapy. Defenation the level of oncomarkcr REA will take prognostic value in the treatment of unresectablc gastric cancer. Degree of embed and economical effectively: the results of investigation arc using in the abdominal oncology department of the National Research Center of Oncology and also using in the educational process for ordinatories and magistrs at the chair of oncology of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
