Клиническая характеристика некоторых риккетсиозов на примере лихорадки Цуцугамуши и коксиеллёза

Аннотация

Subjects of research: 38 patients suffered from Q - fever, 12 patients suffered from a Orientia tsutsugamushi, 32 patients suffered from mixed-forms. Purpose of work: To study clinical features, a fever current Orientia tsutsugamushi Q - fever and mixed-forms in Samarkand oblast. Methods of research: clinical, laboratory, serological, epidemiological,statistical. The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time ELISA blood at acute fever diseases have allowed to reveal Orientia tsutsugamushi, Q - fever and their mixed-forms. Practical value: The given work will allow to improve decoding acute fever infectious diseases. And also the algorithm of clinical diagnostics and methods of treatment of Orientia tsutsugamushi and Q - fever is developed. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: On dissertation materials the methodical recommendation is developed and introduced «Rickettsial Diseases in Uzbekistan» and «Rickettsial Diseases» for students. Results of the study were introduced at the hospital of infectious diseases, Samarkand and in some areas of Samarkand region. They improved diagnosis of acute fever diseases, permitted they to decrease time of patients presents at the hospital in 5-6 days. Dissertation materials are used at lecturing and carrying out of employment on chair of infectious diseases and epidemiology of Samarkand medical institute. Field of application: Medicine, state centers of sanitary - epidemiological control, higher education institutions.
