Дифференцированный подход к хирургическому лечению эквинусных деформаций стоп у больных с детским церебральным параличом

Objects of investigation: 105 patients with infantile cerebral paralysis The goal of the research: to improve outcomes of treatment of patients with spastic forms of infantile cerebral paralysis by differentiated approach to the surgery for correction of the equinovarus. Methods of investigation: clinical, roentgenologic, biochemical, electromyographic, angulodynamometric, medical statistics The obtained results and their novelty: method for preliminary calculation of the Achilles tendon elongation (Program Certificate DGU 01879, dated 04.03.2010) upon equinovarus has been proved to improve static and locomotion of patients with infantile cerebral paralysis, to reduce late-term incidence of complications as the recurrences and reverse foot deformations (Useful model FAP 00596, dated 06.12.2010). Effect of various methods of surgical correction of the equinovarus on dynamics of biochemical parameters of walking in patients with infantile cerebral paralysis was studied. Practical value: criteria for analysis of surgery efficiency were developed. Method for preliminary calculation of the Achilles tendon elongation as well as algorithm for orthopedic treatment upon the equinovarus in patients with infantile cerebral paralysis was suggested. Degree of economic efficiency: the findings are used in the clinical practice of the Republican Pediatric Psychoneurologic hospital and the Republican Tertiary Center of Joints and Hand Sphere of use: pediatric orthopedics
