Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: political processes in Uzbekistan during independence period, youth in state and public construction, as well as rural youth, as a significant political layer of a society. Aim of the inquiry: study of participation of youth of Uzbekistan, in particular, rural youth in political processes, account of their significance in the future political situations, which is possible to look after, tendencies of change and development in connection with construction of a democratic civil society. Method of inquiry: analysis and syntheses, comparative analysis, sociological questioning, scientific motivation. The results achieved and their novelty: is connected with studying from the political point of view of participation of rural youth in political processes of the country, leaning on the regional point of view, studying of structure of youth and participation in the political life: conditions, originality, achievements and problems. Practical value: promotes development of scientific knowledge and regularities of political institutes and processes in connection with participation of youth that enriches by new views, scientific validity with participation of rural youth in political processes. The results of the research can be applied in a practical life of the republic, regions, cities, villages and settlements in the process of the work with youth, maintenance of their active participation in political processes, creation for this conditions and development of methods of practical application, as well as in activities of social-political institutes on work with youth. Degree of embed and affectivity: results of the research arc used in conversations, practical trainings, reports and actions on questions of the education of youth, construction of a legal democratic society, as well as perfection of participation of youth, including rural, in political processes. Sphere of usage: at scientific studying of questions of participation of youth in political processes, at realization of social - political, cultural - educational actions on increasing of participation of rural youth in political processes of construction of a free democratic and civil society in Uzbekistan
