Subjects of the inquiry: Lconurus Turkcstanicus aerial part, liquid extract, dry extract, tablet. Aim of the inquiry: obtaining liquid extract from Lconurus Turkcstanicus aerial part, development of composition and technology for obtaining a dosage form - a tablet on the base of Lconurus Turkcstanicus dry extract, standardization of the tablets, study of biological activity, stability of the tablets and development of the normative technical documentation (NTD). Methods of inquiry: extraction, drying, pressing, spectrophotometry, HPLC. The results achieved and their novelty: the scientifically substantiated composition and technology for obtaining Lconurus Turkcstanicus aerial part dry extract have been developed. The composition and technology for obtaining Lconurus Turkestanicus aerial part dry extract and on its base tablets having high bioavailability and rather long shell life have been suggested . Practical value: the composition and technology for obtaining Lconurus Turkcstanicus aerial part dry extract and its dosage form - tablets on the base of its dry extract have been developed. The assay for the main active substances have been carried out; the received results have been included into appropriate projects the Provisional Pharmacopocial Paper for the dry extract from Lconurus Turkcstanicus and its tablets of «Leocom». Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the Provisional Pharmacopocial Paper for Lconurus Turkcstanicus dry extract and its tablets of «Leocom» have been elaborated and submitted to the Head Department of drug and medical equipment quality control under the Public Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. «Uzchimpharm» opened joint stock company named after S.K. Islambckov (№ 02-386/25 18.10.2006 ) gave its agreement for industrial production of «Leocom» tablets. Sphere of usage: pharmaceutical industry, medicine.
