Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: 66 patients with nasal papilloma and accessory nasal sibuses and 30 healthy persons (control group). Aim of the inquiry: to study condition of proteolytis ferments and their intercommunication with immunological indixes of the organism in patients with nasal papilloma and accessory nasal sinuses and to improve treatment on the basis of these observations. Methods of inquiry: clinical-laboratory, immunological, biochemical, histological, instrumental, statistical. The results achieved and their novelty: The condition of the ferments of kallikrein-kinin system in the blood of patients with nasal papilloma and accessory nasal sinuses has been studied. The condition of proteolytic ferments and their intercommunication with immunological indixes in patient’s organisms have been studied and high correlation connection between them has been revealed. Possibility to evaluate immunological condition of patient’s organisms according to activity of ferments of kallikrein-kinin system has been shown. These indixes in their turn appear to be criteriato estimate pathogenesis, diagnostics and methods of the treatment of diseases. Improved effective method of treatment with employing of cycloferone and Contrycal, which normalize the activity of proteolytic ferments and immunological indixes of the organism in patients with nasal papilloma and accessory nasal sinuses has been developed, its efficacy has been evaluated and introduced in practice. Practical value: The condition of proteolytic ferments and degree of intercommunication with immunological indices in the organisms of the patients with nasal papilloma and accessory nasal sinuses simultaneously with clinical and instrumental criteria appear to be additional criteria for differential diagnostics of the disease. The improved method of treatment has been introduced in practice of Public Health in treatment of patients with nasal papilloma and accessory nasal sinuses. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results of the research were introduced in ENT clinics at Samarkand Medical Institute and in Multiprofile Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. The fundamentals of the thesis are used in the training process at the Chair of otorhinolaryngology in Samarkand medical institute. Field of application: otorhinolaryngology.
