Вопросы систематизации и кодификации экологического законодательства Республики Узбекистан

Аннотация

Subjects of research: social relations dealing with systematization and codifications of the ecological legislation. Purpose of work: developing scientific-theoretical and conceptual bases of increasing ecological legislation by its systematization and maintaining offers and recommendations directed to improving the ecological legislation. Methods of research: universal methods such as historical and formal -logic; general scientific methods such as comparative, analyzing, synthesing, generalization, ordering; special - scientific methods such as developing scientific theories, carrying out sociological interrogations, descripting scientific results. The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time under the terms of the present reforms taking part in Republic of Uzbekistan, questions of systematization and codification of ecological legislation arc investigated at the monographic level in the point of ecological law and scientifically proved recommendations on improving ecological legislation arc obtained. Practical value: by revealing the legal nature, necessity, criteria systematization and codification of the ecological legislation is defined; offers on elimination of existing gaps in legislations arc developed. Conclusions and theoretical rules given in the dissertation may be applied in teaching subjects such as “Ecological law” and “Land law” and in improving present ecological legislation, and in increasing citizens’ ecological-legal consciousness and culture. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: results, recommendations and offers of the research may be applied in activity of representative state structures in the field of environmental protection, as well as in improvement of ecological law and land law. Total conclusions of dissertation work arc taken into consideration at drawing up textbooks and teaching manuals for bachelor and master’s degree, and used in “Ecological and agricultural law” trainings of the department of TSLI. Field of application: materials of dissertation research may be applied in scientific researches, in application practice of law by representative state structures in the field of environmental protection, in improvement of legislature, and whilst education in higher educational institutions subjects.
