Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: synthesis of heterocyclic compounds of quiniline and indole line with predetermined construction by cyclocondensation of urea and thiourea with mono- and bifunctional compositions. Aim of the inquiry: study of the process of urea and thiourea and development of new scale inhibitor, ion-exchange tars and others. Method of inquiry: chemical-engineering methods, infra-red spectroscopy, thermal and elemental analyses, chromatography. The results achieved and their novelty: on the base of local raw materials and secondary industry products - urea, thiourea, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and crotonic fraction were synthesized nitrogen-, hydrogen-, and sulfur-bearing heterocycles - 5-hydroxy-l,3-benzoxo-2-on(thion), 1,3,5-triazine with predetermined construction, also derivatives of pyridine - quinoline, 3-oxyindole etc with efficient yields. Obtained products were tested as corrosion and scale inhibitors also as accelerators of rubber vulcanization. Practical value: on the base of received results was developed and affirmed industrial technological procedure of vulcanize the rubber acceleration. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: experimental-industrial set of vulcanize the rubber accelerations and corrosion inhibitors were turn out. Sphere of usage: chemical and oil-producing industry.
