Аннотация

Subjects of research: the legacy, life and work of Lutfullah Nasafi, as well as his Fiqhi Kaidani. Purpose of work: the study of the scientific heritage and Fiqhi Kaidani of Lutfullah Nasafi (the end of the 13th and the beginning of the 14th centuries) on the basis of primary sources; collection and analysis of the work’s copies, translations, commentaries and subcommentaries. Methods of research: comparative-historical, comparative-typological, and paleographical-codicological methods have been used. The results obtained and their novelty: the legacy of Lutfullah Nasafi has for the first time been studied; the date of death of the scholar has been specified; the name of the scholar’s father has been found in the sources; the essence of Fiqhi Kaidani, methods of clarifying the questions in the work and specific features regarding fiqh have been investigated; over 29 commentaries of the work have been revealed, as well as its Persian and Turkic translations have been clarified and analyzed; it has also been established that Fiqhi Kaidani, as a textbook, was frequently referred to in the education system. Practical value: the findings and conclusions of the thesis are of the greatest significance in the study of the history of fiqh and scientific environment of Nasaf at the end of the 13lh and the first half of the 14th centuries and socially-cultural life of Central Asia, as well as in the study of Fiqhi Kaidani and its translations and commentaries. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the thesis materials have been put forward in a number of scientific conferences, as well as the chief purpose of the thesis is reflected in eleven scientific articles of the author. Field of application: the thesis materials and findings can be used within Islamic Studies, in the study of cultural and spiritual life of Mawerannahr in the 13lh-14th centuries, in the creation of textbooks and manuals at Higher Educational Institutions.
