Аннотация
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is undergoing significant transformations in its approach to disability rights and accessibility. This study explores the evolving landscape of these rights, highlighting the progress made and the challenges that remain. Over the past decade, Saudi Arabia has implemented a series of policies and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of individuals with disabilities, in alignment with the Vision 2030 framework. These efforts include the enhancement of legal protections, the development of inclusive infrastructure, and the promotion of equal opportunities in education, employment, and social participation. The study examines the impact of these initiatives on the disabled community, assessing both the successes and areas in need of further improvement. It also considers the role of technology, social awareness, and government commitment in driving this evolution. Through qualitative analysis and case studies, this research provides insights into the current state of disability rights and accessibility in Saudi Arabia and offers recommendations for future actions to ensure a fully inclusive society.
