After the Second World War, one of the most urgent directions of development of the field of physical culture and sports in the Surkhan oasis was directly related to the level of providing the field with specialist personnel. Despite the fact that a number of important decisions of the Soviet government were made in this direction, the shortage of personnel in the field of physical education and sports in the oasis continued like a chronic disease. In this article, the problems related to this situation, the work aimed at providing the industry with personnel and improving their qualifications are analyzed in detail.
