Objects of research: 108 patient (196 eyes) with a diabetic retinopathy of various stages. Purpose of work: On the basis of clinik-functional indicators of an eye and biochemical parameters of a plaintive liquid to study efficiency neuroprotectiv actions retinalaminum after laser influence at a diabetic retinopathy. Methods of research: Clinikal-functional, hemodynamic, electrophysiological, biochemical and statistical. The results obtained and their novelty: The efficiency of laser coagulation of the retina after Retinalamin diabetic retinopathy, which is determined by direct tissuespecific effect of the drug on the retina, the ability to normalize the process of free radical oxidation and antioxidant system, there by improving visual function and stabilize them at all stages of DR. Practical value: The used preparation is accessible and doesn't render a side effect that will allow to improve considerably aftertreatment of patients after lasercoagulation retinas at a diabetic retinopathy. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Results of research are introduced in practice of 2nd and 3rd clinics and chair of eye illnesses of the Tashkent Medical Academy, an eye department of a hospital of a fast acute management, the Republican specialized center of microsurgery of an eye.
