Клиникоэкспериментальная оценка эффективности мази бензкетозон при лечении герпетических кератитов

Subject of research: 60 patients (60 eyes) with herpetic keratits. Purpose of work: to study antiviral activity of 0,5% benzketazone ointment in treatment of herpetic keratitis in clinic and experiment. Methods of research: experimental, clinical-functional and immunological. The results obtained and their novelty: It has been studied and determined the antiviral activity of Benzketazone in experiment and clinic. The experience of benzketazone using in clinic, to be stipulated by various pharmacological properties of drug, has been substantiated scientifically. For the first time the comparative estimation of specific antiviral activity of interferone and native drug Benzketazone in treatment of different forms of herpetic keratitis was made. Practical value: the scheme of treatment with using of Benzketazone has been implemented in the practice of viral diseases treatment. Benzketazone has not only antiviral but also anti imflammatory and regenerative qualities. Benzketazone is issued in the form of eye ointment easy-to-use in ophthalmological practice in contrast to interferone. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of the scientific work have been involved in medical practice of eye-diseases departments of the 1st and 2nd clinics of TMA, the eye-diseases departments of Tashkent clinic of emergency, RSCEM and ROSE.
