Аннотация

Objects of the inquiry: blood and its scrum of different age karakul sheep, vaccines. Aim of the inquiry: the study of immunal status and activity of glucocorticoidal hormones of karakul sheep before and after vaccination and after the vaccination against colybactcrios of sheep. Methods of inquiry: hacmotological, biochemical, hormonal and immunological. The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time in the work there was carried out a new methodological approach at studying of immunobiological reactive ness of the immune status of karakul sheep and lames before and after vaccination, and also after revaccination against colybactcrios of sheep there were used modern methods and tests: 11- OKC, 17- OKC quantity, hydrocortisone “F”, corticosterone “B”, correlation of hydrocortisone to corticostcron, quantity of “T” a “B” lymphocytes, activity of lyzocim. Practical value: for the 1 st time in the work there was revealed the dynamics of content of 11- OKC, 17- OKC, hydrocortixonc “F”, corticosterone “B”, the correlation of hydrocortisone to corticosterone “T” and “B” lymphocytes and the activity of lyzocim before and after vaccination and revaccination against colybactcrios of sheep. The obtained results arc applied in educational process of veterinary and karakul sheep-breeding. Degree of embed end economic effectivity: colybacterious of lambs causes the economical damage to karakul sheep - breeding, when during the 1 st days of ontogenesis in average comprises 35-40%. By application in practice the results of scientific researches. “Recommendations on diagnosis, vaccination and revaccination of karakul sheep” there was achieved a sharp decrease of colybactcrios in karakul sheep - breeding farms. Besides, there is prevented the infectioning the environment and there is created the healthy ecological environment. Sphere of usage: veterinary and karakul sheep - breeding farms.
