Психологические особенности формирования самоконтроля в подростковом возрасте

Аннотация

Subjects of research: 7-9th forms’ pupils of comprehensive school (totally 240 pupils). Purpose of work: reveal and study the peculiarities and mechanism of self-control system development at teenage. Methods of research: observation, personal questionnaires - “Self-control in emotional conditions” method (by N.S.Nikiforov, V.K.Vasilyev, S.V.Firsova), “Study of personality’s will power” method (by V.M.Chumakov), scale of assessing reactivity changing (by Ya.Strelyau), “Evaluation of extraversion, rigid, anxiety” methods (by O.P.Yeliseev), psychological and pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematic statistics. The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time in the national psychology there have been studied the peculiarities of self-control, mechanism of its development at teenage; proved the dependency of self-control formation from such volitional peculiarities as self-dependence, persistence and self-possession; revealed the connection of self-control level and such features of temperament as reactivity and rigid; studied peculiarities of interrelation of personality’s selfcontrol and anxiety; determined important psychological factors of improving the efficiency of special exercises and classes on development person’s self-control. Practical value: achieved results can be used in forming applied material for comprehensive schools teachers, parents, listeners of upgrading qualification courses, employees of diagnostic centers, applied psychologists. Degree of embed and economical effectively: adapted to local conditions methods and methodology on forming self-control at teenage were used as methodical material for upgrading the quality of comprehensive school’s psychological service and improving tcachcrs-psychologists’ training. Field of application: general psychology, age and pedagogical psychology, psychology of personality, psycho diagnostics and psycho correction.
