Фармакогностический анализ Althaea nudiflora L. с целью внедрения в медицинскую практику

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: Althaea nudiflora 1.. roots. Aim of the inquiry: the main purpose of the given investigation is a pharmacognostical study of Althaea nudiflora L., growing in Uzbekistan, and recommendation of its roots for use in practical medicine. Methods of inquiry: data on the raw materials have been studied according to requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia-XI and basic acting substances of the plant-polysaccharides-by modern traditional physico-chemical methods like these: paper and thin layer chromatography, IR- spectroscopy, Oswald viscosimeter, gelfiltration, titrometry, etc. The results archieved and their novelty: as a result of the investigations biologically active substances of the plant, their composition and quantitative content, as well as physico-chemical properties of polysaccharides, isolated from the roots, were determined. Morphological and anatomical structure of the plant was studied and its diagnostical signs were established. Assay for polysaccharides was developed and norms for numerical data were established with the purpose of standardization. The completed pharmacognostical study was carried out for the first time and Althaea nudiflora L. was recommended as an expectorant for use in traditional medicine. Practical value: introduction into medical practice of Althaea nudiflora L. roots will allow to extend an assortment of the expectorant of natural origin. The material premises will be created for development of domestic drugs with expectoral and anti-inflammatory action. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the project of Provisional Pharmacopoeial - Paper has been developed for Althaea nudiflora L roots and given to the Pharmacopoeial Committee of the Head Department of Drug and Medical Equipment Quality Control under the Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The instruction on collecting and drying Althaea nudiflora L. roots has been prepared. The results of our research were introduced into the educational process at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. Sphere of usage: medicine, pharmaceutical industry.
