Разработка новых методов анализа манинила и их применение в химико-токсикологическом исследовании биологических объектов

Аннотация

Aim of the inquiry: improvement of the existing and development of new modem methods for analysis of maninil while researching various biological objects. Methods of inquiry: maninil isolation from the different objects, extraction, microcrystalloscopy, TLC, HPLC, UV-spectrophotometry, IR-spectrophotometry, SPI/MS, TDSIS. The results achieved and their novelty: the sensitive techniques for analysis of maninil have been developed and recommended. They allow to discover and determine maninil in various objects and were tested in vivo and on expert materials. Practical value: the developed techniques became a base of two methodical recommendations on isolation and analysis of maninil from the biological objects. These recommendations have been directed to the forensic-chemical and clinical biochemical laboratories of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the elaborated methodical recommendations on maninil assay have been introduced to the practice of the forensic-chemical departments of the Bureau for medico-legal examination of the Republic and regions of Uzbekistan, as well as to the biochemical laboratories of the research institute of endocrinology under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also to the training process at the chair of toxicological chemistry of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. These recommendations reduce working time and expenditures for carrying out forensic-chemical investigations on maninil. Sphere of usage: toxicological and forensic-chemical, criminalistical, biochemical, control-analytical laboratories.
