Диагностика и лечение урогенитальных расстройств в зависимости от периода перименопаузы

Subjects of research: 115 women in perimenapause age with urogenital frustrations of the various severity levels, being on treatment in the center of Female Health and branch of gynaecology of 2 clinics of the Tashkent medical academy during 2007-2009 Purpose of work: on the basis of studying of mechanisms of infringements of urogenital frustration estimate efficiency of pathogenetic therapy during the various periods of perimenopause. Methods of research: clinical, cytologic, tool inspections of patients, biochemical methods of research and the statistical analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time the role of processes proteolise and fabric breath at local and system levels in diagnostics of urogenital infringements in women in the climacteric period is defined. For the first time bloodgroove infringement in paraurethral vessels in age aspects is studied and revealed. It is proved estrogen deficiency condition in women in perimenopause age with level definition estriol in urine. It was developed step by step and differentiated approach of conducting patients with urogenital frustrations during the various age periods of perimenopause, with application of a phytoestrogen and local ZGT. Practical value: Developed clinical, biochemical criteria and algorithm of conducting women in the climacteric period promote early revealing and the prevention of unreasonable interventions, and timely treatment urogenital frustrations in the climacteric period. The developed complex therapy of urogenital frustrations in the climacteric period with application of a phytoestrogen and local ZGT promotes elimination of atrofical changes, restoration of normal microflora of a vagina, improvement of indicators of a blood-groove, a tone of a vagina and urine ways, and also to prevention infection of vagina and uterus necks. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: results are introduced in pedagogical process and medical practice of department of obstetrics and gynecology on preparation GP at the Tashkent medical academy.
