Object of study: 52 children with obstractive bronchitis at the age of 5 months to 3 years and 50 healthy children. Objective: In children with obstractive bronchitis to study of this immune reactivity for improving the effect of measles vaccination. Methods: Clinical, history, laboratory and instrumental, immunological methods of investigation. The results and their novelty: It was found that young children with obstructive bronchitis violated the function of immune system that manifests itself reduced the total number of T-lymphocytes (SD3), including immunoregulatory subpopulations of T-hclpcr (CD4) and (CD8) - T-supprcssors, increased expression of CD 16 + lymphocytes, indicating a functional deficiency antiinfcctious immune response in children with OB during the acute inflammatory process and prevents the full development of measles immunity. Proved that the use of immunomodulatory drugs Ribomunil warns layering intcrcurrcnt infections and provides a smooth post-vaccination period after measles vaccination in children with obstructive bronchitis. Practical significance: The results will be used to implement a regional program aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of children.
