Аннотация

Subjects of research: technologic process of exact seeding by methods of step to step and mortise on the pneumatic seed meter of disc type having horizontal axis of notation, its parameters and operational modes. Purpose of work: feasibility of operational parameters and modes of pneumatic seed meter, that provides exact sowing of soy seeds by step-to-step and mortise methods. Methods of research: implementation of theoretical researches were carried out by applying of basic provisions of theoretical mechanics and mathematical analysis, and experimental researches - in laboratory, laboratory-field and farm conditions base on the well-known standard methods. The results obtained and their novelty: feasibility of the operational parameters and modes of pneumatic seed meter for exact sowing of the soy seeds was performed, analytical dependences for determining of diameter and number of air in-taking holes on seeding disc were summarized, equilibriums, describing conditions of air in-take taking out seeds of total weight, also process of mortise formation during mortise sowing method. Practical value: application of the pneumatic seed meter by recommended operating parameters and modes facilitates, at the account of improving the quality of seeds sowing and excluding the leering-out of feeds in decreasing of labor costs for 19,7-25,2%. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the obtained results of researches arc transformed to «BMKB-Agromash». A selected sample of a pneumatic seeder with justified seed meters has been tested on the fields of the farmer «Akromov Alisher» of Tashkent region, Chinoz district in 2007-2009 у and on, experimental fields UzMEI. The annual economic benefit after applying of a seeder with pneumatic seed meter shall amount 3243138 sum. Field of application: agricultural machinery, agriculture.
