Разработка технологии и биофармацевтическое исследование сухого экстракта и таблеток сбора "Мелифлос"

Аннотация

Subjects of research: “Mcliflos” collection (mixture) and developed on its base dry extract and tablets. Purpose of work: development and standardization of the new medicinal forms as dry extract and tablets on the base of the dicomponcnt plant composition with diuretic activity. Methods of research: technological, physico-chemical and biopharmaccutical. The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time the optimal obtaining method of dry extract “Meliflos” has been selected taking into consideration the influence of different factors and the scientifically well founded composition and rational technology of tablets have been developed on the base of complex experimental researches. Quality control of the suggested medicinal preparations has been conducted. For the first time for the suggested “Mcliflos” tablets “Dissolution” test has been developed with the aim of determination of the active substance liberation rate in experiments in vitro. For the first time expressed diuretic activity of the “Meliflos” dry extract and tablets has been established. Storage conditions and shelf-life terms of suggested medicinal preparations were established. Practical value: on the base of local raw materials “Mcliflos” dry extract and tablets technology have been developed which arc not worse than import medicinal preparations on biological availability. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: TPP projects for “Mcliflos” dry extract and tablets have been developed and presented to the Head Department of drugs and medical equipment quality control under the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan for consideration in order to take the permission for their medical use. Experimental-industrial regulation (master file) for “Mcliflos” tablets has been developed and confirmed. Technology of the dry extract and tablets was tested in industrial conditions on the base of “DRUGTECH” PV and «SAMO» enterprise. Research results have been introduced into the education process at the chair (department) “Industrial technology of medicinal agents” of the Tashkent pharmaceutical institute. Field of application: pharmaceutical industry, medicine and education process.
