Совершенствование лечения хронического тонзиллита у больных с хроническим гломерулонефритом

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: patients with chronical tonsillitis and chronical glomcru-loncthritis with nephrotic syndrome. Aim of the inquiry: the perfection of throating of patients with chronical tonsillitis and chronical glomcrulonethritis with nephrotic syndrome accounting the systems of immune and metabolic disturbances. Method of inquiry:: definition of parameters of cellular and humoral immunity, parameters of vascular trombocitic and coagulatical hemostas in blood of patients with chronical tonsillitis and chronical glomcrulonethritis with nephrotic syndrome in the dynamics of treating with different obtained results and their novelty. The results achieved and their novelty: It was proved the reversiblcness of changes in palate almonds in a number of patients in Ch.T. and possibility with the usage of immunomodulators. It was showed the advisability of investigation of common immune status of the organism and differentiated correction. It was showed the efficiency of the use of the complex therapy of Ch.T. with JNNS and it is influence to the local inflammatory process, systemic disturbances of immunity and hcmorcology. It was based the necessity of dinamical investigations during the course pathological process with PA and obligatory additional studying of common immunological status and the indies of hemostas of organism in Ch.T. with JNNS for determining of functional funds of PA and the indications to tonsilcc-thomia in impossibility of it is recovery. Practical value: it was proved the advisability of including into the complex therapy of immunomodulator ribomunil in complex with antiagregant acid acctylsali-cylity with patients with chronical tonsillitis and chronical glomcrulonethritis with nephrotic syndrome. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results of investigations a ways of defferential aproache to the treatment of chronically tonsillitis there were inculcated on the practice of LOR clinics at the bases of the 1st and 3rd clinics of TMA, the work of the Rcpublik Nephrological Centre at the bases of 3rd clinic of TMA, consulting diagnostic poliklinics of MH of R.Uz., policlinics “Gatling-Med”, and the educational process of students of the department of LOR diseases and department of faculty and hospital therapy of TMA.
