Роль индивидуальных особенностей организма в патогенезе, клиническом течении и лечении псориаза

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: 145 patients with psoriasis different forms, blood. Aim of the inquiry: To study development, clinical current psoriasis depending on specific features of an organism and on the basis of received, given to develop pathogcnctics the proved method of treatment. Method of inquiry: Clinical-laboratory, special immunologic and neurologic. The results achieved and their novelty: Occurrence and clinical current of psoriasis depends on force central and a tone vegetative nervous systems, at patients with weak force and a sympathetic tone of nervous systems disease is characterized by heavier current. At psoriasis infringement in system of the immunity, expressed by deficiency cellular, activation humoral parts, and also decrease in function of nonspecific protective system. At persons with weak force and a sympathetic tone it is observed more expressed changes in immune system. At the analysis of efficiency of various methods of treatment of psoriasis it is revealed, that the most effective method of treatment is complex application of the common therapy, rctinoidis and PUVA-thcrapy and at patients with a sympathetic tone and weak type of nervous system the lowest efficiency and increased by-effects arc marked irrespective of carried out therapy. Developed pathogcnetically the proved method of treatment of patients with psoriasis with complex application rctinoidis and PUVA-thcrapy, immunomodulinc and pyrroxanc allows to receive positive clinical effect at patients and promotes normalization of infringements in immune system. Practical value: Assignment immunomodulinc (on 100 mkg intramuscularly, daily within 10 days) and at persons a sympathetic tone of vegetative nervous system in complex treatment pyrroxanc (on 0,015 g 3 times a day) raise efficiency of treatment and normalizes the revealed infringements in system of immunity. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: by results of research methodical recommendations and the educational-methodical manual «Psoriasis (etiologia, pathogenesis, clinic and treatment)» which is used in dcrmato-venercologic clinics and in educational process of faculty skin and venereal illnesses the Tashkent institute of improvement of doctors have been rclcades by results of research.
