Subject of research: the Republican specialized the scicntifically-practical therapeutic Center of endocrinology; drug stores of Tashkent city; the state schedule of medicinal agents and therapeutic articles; Operating-statistical dates from Ministry of Health. Purpose of work: Development on the grounds of pharmacocconomy the explorations into scientifically of-grounded recommendations as to the rational use of medicines in preventive maintenance and the treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods of research: Methods of pharmacocconomy (ABC/VEN-analyzing, DDD-analyzing, “Cost of illness”, “Cost-effectiveness”, “Costminimization”), associate of marketing and sociological methods (the method of inquiry, individual inquiry, expert estimations and content-analyzing). The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time is carried out pharmacoeconomic valuation of medicinal agents applied in iodine deficiency disorders with the employment of analyzing “Cost-effectiveness” and “Costminimization”. Adaptation is carried out to the method “Cost of illness” for the detection of straight therapeutic expenditures for diagnostics and treatment. Practical value: For the first time is studied and evaluated the structure of purchase of medicinal agents for iodine deficiency disorders in circumstances medicinally - of preventive establishment with the employment ABC/VEN-analyzing. For the first the demand of medicinal agents time is analyzed agreeably to ATC/DDD-mcthodologics. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: It is developed for National Centre of drug and medical tools policy of the Public health ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and for clinic of the Republican specialized the scientifically-practical therapeutic Centre of endocrinology the project of methodical.
