Этнокультурные процессы в Южном Казахстане в первой половине XX века

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: ethnoses, lived in South of Kazakhstan, and their culture in the first part of XXth century. Aim of the inquiry: system analysis of contemporary ethnocultural processes, theoretical and practical development of political, social and economical aspects of ethnodemographieal development on the basis of studying modem situation in the republic and the experiences elaborated by international community. Method of inquiry: structural-functional, phenomenological and historical methods were used. The results achieved and their novelty: For the first time in Kazakhstan’s historiography defined the attempt of integrated, comprehensive and objective research of ethnocultural processes in South Kazakhstan in the first part of XXth century. In this work analyzed such questions which were not used as a subject of special scientific research: social-dcmographical and ethnocultural consequences of colonization of region and intensification of migration processes; questions of formation of policthnical composition of population with the predominance of Russian specking people in the cities; dynamics of changes in culture and education of ethnical Diasporas in South Kazakhstan. Practical value: Materials of dissertation supplemented with qualitative phcnomcnologic analysis could be a new basis for discourse on this problem. The research also gives the opportunity for using of historical experience concerning recent totalitarian past for solution contemporary sharp regional cthnodcmographic and ethnocultural problems. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: There were published 7 scientific articles and reports; materials of dissertation have been presented on 4 conferences, using for delivering lectures on special cources “Culture, education and science of the countries of specialisation”. Spere of usage: Results of dissertation can serve as a research material for cthnosociologists, sociologists, ethnologists, scholars of political and cultural sciences; can be used in further study of ethnocultural processes, socio-psychologic peculiarities of national minorities; in working out of measures for averting of interethnic tentions, in analyzing cthnosocial, ethnopsychologic and ethnopolitical problems and processes.
