Использование международного опыта в процессе повышения квалификации руководителей профессиональных колледжей (на примере Федеративной Республики Германии)

Аннотация

Subject of research: process of improving the skills of vocational college directors. Purpose of work: study and scientific grounding of using positive elements of international experience, and also experimental proof of its effectivity in the process of improving the skills of vocational colleges directors. Methods of research: analyses of normative and psychological and pedagogical literature; observation, questionnaire, interviewing, conversation, expert report; mathematical rating and modeling; pedagogical experiment and generalization of its results. The results obtained and their novelty: social and economical conditionality of necessity of study and using of international experience in improving the skills of vocational colleges directors was scientifically grounded; from the international experience point of view the concepts of «multiplier» and «vocational college manager» have been specified; organizational and pedagogical terms of adaptations of the international experience were formulated; proceeding from the Germany experience the social and pedagogical model of a vocational college director and technology of improving his skills were worked out. Practical value: the new technology for improving the skills of vocational colleges directors was worked out, checked experimentally and implemented into the educational process. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: a new content of improving the skills, worked out in consideration of the international experience, as well as planning work were implemented into practice of improving the skills of vocational colleges directors and other categories of executives of specialized secondary vocational education system as independent module. Field of application: system of improving the skills and retraining of specialized secondary vocational education personnel.
