Subject of inquiry: 104 erly age children with acute pneumonia Aim of inquiry: study of clinical patogenetic and diagnostic significance of purin metabolism disturbance in acute pneumonia in erly age children with further development of metabolic correction principles. Methods of inquiry: clinical, instrumental, biochemical, mathematic. The results achieved and their novelty: The character of interrelation of pathological indexes of purin metabolism with clinical forms, severity and character of complication in acute pneumonia in early age children has been studied from the position of complex approach. The character of dependence between xantinoxidaza activity and clinical manifestation of acute pneumonia and also the level of proteolytic blood system. For the first time interrelation between severity of acute pneumonia course and hereditary burdening on purin metabolism pathology has been revealed. Basing of necessityof combined use of cobavit and allopurinol in the content of complex therapy in acute pneumonia in early age children has been received. Practical value: The results of purin metabolism study in patients with acute pneumonia may serve as estimation test of the degree of pneumonia severity, the course of the disease, efficacy of perfomed therapy. The received results made it possible to choose a risk group of the development of severe course of pneumonia in children having burdened background in disturbance of urin acid metabolism. I order to improve a clinical cours of the disease and normalization of pathological index of purin metabolism, combined use of cobavit and allopurinol in acute coplicated pneumonia in early age children has been based. Degree of embed and economical effectivity: The results of the thesis have been introduced into practice in childrens Departments of Samarkand branch of RCUMA and pulmonological Departments of polyprofile hospitals of Samarkand and Buchara.
