Эффективность в системе образования с бюджетной и контрактной формах оплаты в Узбекистане ( социологический анализ)

Аннотация

Subjects of research: state of higher education system with budgetary and contract payment method in Uzbekistan development prospects, as wells as the organization principles of higher education in the Republic. Purpose of work: revealing of comparative system of influence of contract payment with budgetary on forming and development of higher education in the conditions of modernization of our country on the basis of the conducted sociological research. Methods of research : studying of normative documents on higher education system, the comparative analysis, methods of applied sociologic research. The results obtained and their novelty: the basic organizational principles of the system of higher education with a budgetary and contract payment and on this basis it is defined the criteria of development of higher education system, it is offered the mathematical module of optimization of this system. Practical value: results of research are used in higher education system on pedagogics, psychology and sociology on the basis of the developed mathematical module. Degree of embed and economic effectively: the results of scientific conclusions arc used in teaching subjects at the Tashkent State Institute of Culture fy.
