Клиникоиммунологические характеристики острых вирусных гепатитов А и В у детей, родившихся от матерей, злоупотребляющих алкоголем

Subjects of research: The study presents survey data 225 children with viral hepatitis at the age of 3 to 7 years, including 84 children and 115 patients AHAV children AHBV, a control group of 26 healthy children, as surveyed 180 women, of whom 61 women were identified AHAV and AHBV, of which 39 mothers on a background of chronic alcohol abuse. Purpose of work: was to study the effects of alcohol abuse by women in the course of acute viral hepatitis A and B, they and their children. Methods of research: epidemiological, clinical and general laboratory, immunological and statistical methods. The results obtained and their novelty: the first shows the clinical features AHAV and AHBV women who abuse alcohol, characterized by a prolonged convalescence and chronic process. It is proved that the children bom to mothers who abuse alcohol, with a weak immune response detected atypical forms of acute viral hepatitis A with scanty clinical symptoms, but also noted a prolonged duration and more frequent formation of a chronic process in acute viral hepatitis B. Practical value: The results can be used to implement a regional program aimed at preserving and promoting the health of women and children. The obtained results allow to identify children bom to mothers abusing alcohol at risk for more severe and prolonged, and stream AHBV and AHAV the risk of chronic process with AHBV, which will increase the effectiveness of therapy for these children. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of the thesis put into practice the central district hospital in Yangiyul, Kitab District Children's Hospital and City Hospital for Infectious Diseases № 5 of Tashkent. Economic effectiveness increases 1.3 times it treatment begins on time. Field of application: medicine, infectology, institutions of higher education.
