Subject of the research: 221 patients with bladder tumor. Aim of the research: increasing to efficiency of the different methods of the diagnostics and treatments of the cancer urinary bladder in persons of the young age by studies factor, influencing upon forecast of the disease. Methods of research: complaint appraisal and anamnesis, physical examination, ultrasound study, X-ray examination, cystoscopy and histological investigation. The results achieved and their novelty: It has been studied features of bladder cancer clinical course in young men and the role of modem methods of diagnostics (USD, CT and MRT) in extent detection. Results of the comparative analysis of various combined and complex therapy methods for bladder cancer in young men have been summarized on large clinical material. Practical value: Study results will be allowed to decrease the rate of diagnostical mistakes at the stages of patient's examination, to improve early diagnostics of bladder malignancies in young men. Outcomes of conducted investigations will have specified contribution in the development of more rational tactics for bladder cancer therapy in young men what will reduce the rate of relapses and metastases, optimize therapy methods, increase survival rate and improve the quality of patient life.
