ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ГРИППА В УСЛОВИЯХ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКИ НЕБЛАГОПОЛУЧНОЙ ЗОНЫ ПРИАРАЛЬЯ

Аннотация

Subjects of research: Cards of epidemiological observation of epidemiological foci of 220 patients,with influenza, 2952 individuals vaccinated by Influvak, 2100 -by Grippol, 11689 - Vaeflu, 8311 - Fluarix. Purpose of work: To study epidemiological peculiarities of the influenza in conditions of ecological unsafe areas around the Aral sea and to improve epidemic control. Methods of research: Epidemiological, viral, immunological, mathematical, statistical. The results obtained and their novelty:: It was shown, that in 1991 - 2008 dynamics of influenza morbidity in Karakalpakstan is characterized by irregularity , periods of increase and decrease of morbidity were interchanged . The main etiological agent of influenza was type A virus, but in certain years В type or mixed forms (A+B) viruses were isolated. It was found, that Grippol vaccine possesses more preventive and economic efficacy in comparison with Influvak, Vaeflu and Fluarix (on the basis of index and efficacy coefficient). The bases of influenza epidemiological control have been improved in the case of the risk of influenza import and spreading in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Practical value: The prognostic criteria of morbidity have been calculated in the case of influenza pandemic among various ages' groups of Karakalpakstan's population. The population groups who should be vaccinated against influenza were determined under conditions of pandemic development. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The methodical recommendations "About specific prevention of influenza" (Tashkent, 2010) have been developed using the results of the thesis and introduced into practice. Methodical recommendations arc used in the activity of District State Centers of Sanitary Epidemiological Surveillance, children's infectious hospital of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hospital of the Research institute of Virology. Fragments of the study arc used during teaching process at the department of Epidemiology and hygiene of the Nukus branch of TMA. The economic efficacy consists in decreasing of expenses on treatment in vaccination against influenza with various vaccinjcs.
