Subjects of research: controlling system of seed cotton drying process. Purpose of work: working out automatic controlling system with seed cotton drying process on the base of microprocessor means. Methods of research: In work arc used methods of matrix and differential calculus, structural modeling, the theory of automatic controlling system. The results obtained and their novelty: dynamic characteristics of a controlling system arc defined by seed cotton drying process; the two-level controlling scheme by thermal process of a drying drum is developed; the algorithm of optimum control is developed by a technological mode of seed cotton drying, allowing to increase accuracy of a controlling system of seed cotton drying process. Novelty of work consist in working out of algorithms on modelling and controlling of seed cotton drying process. Practical value: The practical importance the results of work consists in working out of mathematical and algorithmic maintenance, problems of mathematical modeling and synthesis of the operating influences, allowing raising degree of controllability process of seed cotton drying, to lower the expense power inputs. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Expected economic efficiency from introduction of working outs of the dissertation makes 14 million 200 thousand sum. Field of application: primary cotton technological process.
