Subjects of research: newborns: mature infants with diagnosis of pneumonia -100; premature babies with diagnosis of atelectatic pneumonia - 46; children aged from 1 month to 3 years ill with pneumonia - 110; children in catamnesis - 80. Purpose of work: complex study of clinical, roentgenological and biochemical signs of immaturity in the newborns with pneumonia depending on the gestation term; definition of diagnostic markers in the dynamics of keeping children bom with RDS signs in catamnesis under observation. Methods of research: clinicoanamncstic, roentgenological, laboratory -diagnostic, biochemical, immunological. The results obtained and their novelty: the variants of roentgenological verifications of changes depending on the inflammatory process on the background of immaturity of the pulmonary tissue in the newborns have been selected. Interrelation of a - FP, сц -AT and a2 -MG levels in pneumonia in combination with RDS signs in the newborns has been picked out. Practical value: roentgenological signs of pathological process severity degree in combination with biochemical changes and clinical symptoms reflect predisposition to inflammatory changes in the lungs that produces risky formation of the chronic process. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the materials scientific investigations were introduced into medical practice of the Regional Neonatal Centre, the Course of Neonatology of SamMI, PAQF at the Chair of Neonatology in SamMI, in SamMI clinic, in childrens polyclinics.
