Разработка методов стандартизации и контроля качества гликоразмулина

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: purified mumyo, roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola Scmcnovii A. Boriss (genus Clcmcntsia), salidrozide-standard, glycorazmulin substantia, glycorazmulin capsules - 0,1. Aim of the induiry: creation of hypoglycemic and immunostimulating drug and its dosage form and also development of the methods for analysis and standardization with following introduction to medical practice with usage of mumyo and Rhodiola Scmcnovii local raw - materials. Methods of inquiry: chromatography (adsorption, HPLC, GLC, TLC), spectrophotometry (IR-, UV-, PMR, emission and atom-absorption), thcrmoanalysis, gravimetry, permanganatometry. The results achieved and their novelty: hypoglycemic and immunostimulating agent of glycorazmulin and its dosage form “Capsules of glycorazmulin - 0,1” have been obtained for the first time and normative-technical documentation for them has been also developed. The content of flavonoglycosides, humic, fatty and aminoacids, tannic substances, macro- and microelements was determined in the composition of glycorazmulin. Salidrozid- standard was isolated for the first time from Rhodiola Scmcnovii and identified by IR-, PMR- spectra, HPLC and element analysis. The given data were used for standardization and quality control of glycorazmulin and its capsules. The optimal shelflife was experimentally established, as well. Practical value: on the base of the obtained results the original substantia of immunostimulating and hypoglycemic agent of glycorazmulin has been created and technology for glycorazmulin capsules - 0,1 has been developed. The standard sample of salidrozid was isolated from raw-materials and then identified; the projects of Pharmacopocial paper for substantia and dosage form of glycorazmulin and also for standard sample were developed. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the experimental consignments of glycorazmulin substatia and capsules - 0,1 were made and laboratory technological reglaments were developed for them. JV “ Remedy” gave its consent for industrial production of glycorazmulin capsules- 0,1. Sphere of usage: pharmaceutical industry, medicine.
