Objects of the study: syntetic pyrethroid cypermetrin, produced in Navoi electrochemical JC-JV". Purpose of the work: Development and improvement sensitive methods of the separation and analysis of the pesticides cypermetrin from different objects, including from medicinal vegetable raw material. The Methods study: isolation cypermetrin from different object, TLC, GLC.HPLC, UV-spectrophotometry. Got results and their novelty: is selected optimum chromotogrophy of the condition for analysis of the pesticides, chosen from different objects. On base called on experiment is designed sensitive methods of the analysis. The Designed methods are approved in experience on laboratory animal and in field condition. Practical value: Designed methods allow in base two methodical recommendations: methods of the separation and analysis cypermetrin from biological liquids, as well as determination remaining amount pesticides in medicinal vegetable raw material. These methods are enclosed in scholastic process of the study the toxicological chemistry the Tashkent pharmaceutical institute. Degree of the introduction and cost-performance: designed methodical recommendations are introduced in practical person judicial-chemical division Agency judicial-medical expert operation RUz, Tashkents area and Tashkent, as well as ООО "DVSIM”. Using the designed methods allows the reduction of the uptime and expenses for undertaking the study on analysis of the pesticides cypermetrin. Application: pharmaceutical industry, checking quality medicinal vegetable cheese, chemist-toxicological analysis and checking cypermetrin in medicinal plants and product of its conversion.
