Subjects of research: Puzzy seeds of the commercial and new varieties of G.hirsutum L. Namangan-77, S-6532, Omad, S-9074, Aqqurgan-3, S-4914, S-4535, stimulators Samara, Gumat sodium, HS-2, EMF and chemical fumigant P-4. Purpose of work: Revealing of influence of chemical preparats and EMF on the basis of studying quality indicators of sowing seeds of G.hirsutum L. Methods of research: Laboratory researches are conducted according to O’z DSt 1110: (2006) and “The Instruction of definition of sowing qualities of cotton seeds» (1963). The oil maintenance in seeds was determined by a modem spectrometer of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment AMB-1006. Statistical processing of results conducted according to B.A.Dospckhov (1985). The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time it is established high positive correlations between germination and oil content of seeds, high and average positive correlations between weight of 1000 seeds and field germination, negative correlations between germination and protein level. On the base of comparative studying efficiency and influence of chemical fumigant, stimulators, and EMF for sowing quality of seeds it is established their different positive influence on sowing quality of seeds and positive influences of fumigant P-4, stimulators Samara, Gumat sodium on agronomic traits. Practical value: It is recommended preseedling processing of sowing seeds of cotton by stimulators Samara (1,5 kg/t), Gumat sodium (750 g/t) or chemical fumigants P-4 (4 1/t), that leads to increasing of such quantitative attributes as energy of germination (on 10,7 %), quantity of progrown seeds (on 16,6 %), to increasing quantity of fruit branches (on 1,2 pieces), amount of a balls on 1 plant (on 1,6 pieces), productivity (on 5,5 g/plant), yield (on 4,5 c/hectarcs). Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Processing of sowing seeds by chemical preparations with high agrotechnics promotes reception on the average 222728,0 sums/ha of additional profit and increasing of rentability up to 54,0 % and economic efficiency of their application. Field of application: Cotton selection, seed production and seed-growing.
