Особенности иммунологического статуса и микроэлементного состава крови при хламидийно-уреаплазменной инфекции у беременных, новорожденных и их коррекция

Subjects of the inquiry: He results of immunological investigation of 6139 pregnancies, retrospective analysis of 51 barn’s histories of women with chlamidia -urcaplazma infections, prospective clinic investigation of 86 pregnancies and their newborns. 65 of them with chlamidia - urcaplazma infection and 21 women with physiological pregnancy Aim of the inquire: estimation immune and microelements status on pregnancies with chlamidia - urcaplazma infections and their newborns. Methods of inquire: Clinic methods, ichnography, dopplcromctria, electrocardiography, microelements of plazma of newborns and pregnancies by the method of spcctoral cmisional analysis, IFA and PIF The results achieved and their novelty: From year to year increased combination of pregnancy and chlamidia - urcaplazma infections. Frequency chlamidia - urcaplazma infections consist 45.4% occupies the second place after cytomegalovirus infection, and fetus infection consist 51.2%. On the immune system -T- section expose to depression, increased the degree of Ig G, falling the degree of Ig M, Ig A and FAN which connect with increasing of toxic microelements. In pregnancies with chlamidia-urcaplazma infection mark connection between microclcmcntoz and fetus death, wich characterized by increasing in blood of pregnancies and newborns of topic microelements, fall concentration of circulating essential microelements. Including on treatment of lacto-flor promote to normalization of disorders immune system. Practical value: Received new date shoes the necessary of using Lacto-flor for prophylactic of complication of pregnancy and newborns. Field of application: Obstetrics and gynecology.
