Обоснование параметров и схему расстановки рабочих органов рыхлителя для обработки почвы под посев повторных культур (на примере Кашкадарьинского вилоята)

Аннотация

Subjects of research: process of mulching the soil by rooter and regular occurrence of the process of interaction it’s operating elements with soil. Purpose of work: quality enhancement and decreasing the energy capacity, decrease of terms for soil preparation for further crops growing by a way of design and feasibility of rooter parameters in order for soil tillage. Methods of research: theoretical researches arc carried out by using of the principal provisions of theoretical mechanics and mathematical analysis, and experimental research activities - at the dedicated designed laboratorial and field conditions by applying of physical modeling and tensometry. The results obtained and their novelty: There is developed the design and parameter of the rooter for soil cultivation activities for repeated crops growing after grains, and there were achieved analytical dependences for determining its parameters and drawbar resistance. Practical value: while applying the designed rooter it may facilitate qualitative implementation of process and allows to decrease labor costs for 31,78 % and direct operational costs for 28,71 %. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: experimental model of the rooter has been designed and manufactures, which was tested by means of factory tests on the fields of agriculture farm named after U.Mirzaev of Yakkabad district and farm Uzbekistan of Shahrisabz district. Annual economical benefit after using the designed chisel rooter shall amount 6778992,0 su’m per single machine. Field of application: agricultural machinery, agriculture farming.
