Получение жидкого экстракта ханделии волосолистной (Handelia trichophylla Screnk, Heimerl) и разработка на его основе технологии мази

Subjects of inquiry: Handclia trichophylla flowers, liquid extract, Handelia ointment. Aim of inquiry: liquid extract obtaining from Handclia trichophylla flowers, an ointment on its base and their compositions substantiation, technology and quality evaluation and development of the normative documentation. Methods of inquiry: extraction, rheology, stability, homogeneity, potentiometry, gravimetry, spectrophotometry, HPLC. The results achieved and their novelty: the scientifically substantiated composition and technology for obtaining Handelia trichophylla flowers, liquid extract have been developed; the technique of obtaining the liquid extract and the ointment on its base was suggested for providing a high bioavailability and a sufficient shelf life. Practical value: Handclia trichophylla liquid extract composition, its technology and an ointment on its base have been developed: assays of the basic components of the anti-inflammatory drugs were carried out and the received results were included into appropriate projects of PPP (Handclia trichophylla liquid extract and ointment). Degree of embed and economical effectivity: the Provisional Pharmacopcial Paper for Handelia trichophylla liquid extract has been approved (ВФС 42-Уз 0922-2006) and as a result of the performed clinical tests, a permission for this preparation medical usage was received. The laboratory rcglamcnt for Handelia trichophylla liquid extract production has been developed. Privat scientific manufacturing company «Radiks» gave its agreement for industrial production of this liquid extract. The project of Provisional Phannacopeial Paper for Handelia trichophylla ointment has been developed and given to the Head Department of drug and medical equipment quality control under the Public Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
