Разработка технологии и биофармацевтические исследования таблеток и назальных капель ГЛАС

Аннотация

Subject of the inquiry: GLAS substance. Aim of the inquiry: development of technology for dosage forms (tablets and nasal drops) on the base of GLAS substance, study of the pharmacopocial indices for development and approving Normative technical documentation for proposal dosage forms. Methods of the inquiry: gravimetry, UV-spcctrophotomctry, HPLS, potentiometry. The results achieved and their novelty: on the basis of complex experimental investigations the scientifically substantiated compositions and rational technology of GLAS dosage forms have been developed for the first time. They possess biological availability and stability while storing. With use of modem devices the quality indices have been studied and methods for assay of the active matters have been suggested as well. The method of spectrophotometry for assay of active substances in tablets, HPLS for quantitative determination of those in nasal drops have been suggested too. In vivo and in vitro experiments were used for biopharmaccutical research. Rather good biological availability was established for GLAS tablets and nasal drops. The conditions for storage and shelf lives for the above mentioned dosage forms were established. Practical value: on the base of the obtained results the composition and technology of tablets per 0,05 g and 5% solution for GLAS nasal drops have been developed. They arc recommended as anti-inflammatory and immunostimulating drugs. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: a laboratory technological rcglamcnt and projects of Provisional Pharmacopocial Paper for GLAS tablets per 0,05g and 5% solution for nasal drops have been elaborated and given for consideration to the Main Department of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment Quality Control under the Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan to receive a permission for medical use.
