Сравнительнотипологическое исследование юридической терминологии французского и узбекского языков

Аннотация

Subject of the inquiry: law terms of the French and Uzbek languages in the form of lexemes and word-combinations. Aim of the inquiry: comparative-typological study of the formation and structural semantic pccularities of law terms of the French and Uzbek terms. Methods of inquiry: comparative-typological, componcntial, typological, structural and statistical analysis. The results achieved and their novelty: the investigation of the comparative aspect law terms of the French and Uzbek languages has been done fer the first timc.Typological and statistical properties of the basic word formational models of the law terms have been investigatated and the integral and differential pccularities of the formation of law terms have been analysed in the languages under the investigation. In the dissertation studied the ways of borrowing of law terms the basic similarity and difference between the French and Uzbek languages in the field of semantics of terms have been defined. Practical value: the results of the scientific work can be applied to the educational process in delivering lectures in theoretical and practical courses of translation, comparative terminology and linguistics and compyling text-books and manuals and in the investigation of other terms too. Degree of embed: the materials of the research work have been implemented in such the practical courses as theory of translation, comparative typology, in the faculties of French philologies of Uzbek State World Languages University. Sphere of usage: general linguistics, comparative typology, roman philology, theory and practice of translation.
