Стандартизация жидкого экстракта горца перечного и настойки горца птичьего

Аннотация

Subject of the inquiry: Polygonum hydropipcr L. and P. avicularc L. herbs and a liquid extract and tincture obtained from them. Aim of the inquiry: development of the objective methodic for quality control and standardization of the liquid extract from Polygonum hydropipcr L. and tincture from Polygonum avicularc L., obtained on the base of the local plant raw materials with the following their recommendation for introduction into medical practice as hemostatic drugs. Study of the pharmacopocial indices for development and approval of NTD for Polygonum hydropipcr L. extract and Polygonum avicularc L. tincture. Methods of inquiry: thin layer, paper, high performance liquid and gas chromatography, UV-, IR-, NMR-spcctroscopy and mass-spectrometry. The results achieved and their novelty: phyto-chcmical analysis of Polygonum hydropipcr L. and P. avicularc L. herbs, growing on the territory of Uzbekistan has been carried out. Vitamin Ki, flavonoids, polysaccharides and macro and microelements were found. For the first time were isolated and identificated such flavonoids as: liquiritin and cynarosidc from Polygonum avicularc L. and lutcolin-3'-O-P-D-glycopyanoside from Polygonum hydropipcr L. The mctodics of vitamin Ki qualitative and quantitative determination of Polygonum avicularc L. and P. hydropipcr L. herbs and in their dosage forms has been elaborated. First time liquid extract from Polygonum hydropipcr L. has been isolated and identificated 40 terpenoids by the method of mass-spectrometry. Scientifically substantiated methodic for assay of the flavanoids sum (total amount) in liquid extract from Polygonum hydropipcr L. and tincture from Polygonum avicularc L. has been developed and validated with use of UV-spcctrophotomctry. Polygonum hydropipcr L. liquid extract standardization and P. avicularc L. tincture was carried out according to the Pharmacopoial indices: “Description”, “Identity”, “Numerical indices”, “Microbiological purity” and “Assay”. Practical value: the performed pharmacological investigations of Polygonum hydropipcr L. liquid extract and P. avicularc L. tincture showed the effectivity of their use in medical practice as a hemostatic agent of the domestic production. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the projects of Provisional Pharmacopocial Papers for Polygonum avicularc L. tincture and Polygonum hydropipcr L. liquid extract have been developed and presented for consideration to the Head Department of drug quality control and medical equipment under Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
