ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ ОСТРОГО ОБСТРУКТИВНОГО ЛАРИНГИТА (КРУП) В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ ЭТИОЛОГИИ, ТАКТИКА ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Аннотация

Subjects of the research: 163 children at the age from 3 monts to 5 years, entering in State Clinical Infection Hospital №3 of Tashkent city from 2005-2007 with the diagnoses laryngitis and laryngotracheitis, were examined. Purpose of work: To research etiological and clinical pccularities of obstructive laryngitis, virous and bacterial etiology and carry out the tactics of treatment these diseases. Methods of research: Clinical data, anamnesis, clinical aud laboratory studies, IF A, PChR, statistic processing of data were carried out. The results obtained and their novelty: For the first time at present work the part of Haemophilus influenzae type b was researched in etiologycal structure of croup syndrome at children of Tashkent, the main clinical symptoms of epiglottis in children, were described. Algorythms of diagnostics and treatment diseases accompaning by croup syndrome in children were carried out. The indices to management antibacterial therapy at croup in children Standartds of treatment for diagnostics diascaes, accompaning by croup syndrome were carried out. For the first time in Usbckistan at treatment of croup in children inhalational glucocorticosteroid bcklazon-ccho was used. Practical value: It is shown that Hib-infcction may be caused croup and it reveal as epiglottis in children that makes necessity differential diagnostics with croup of virous etiology for the choice of following medical ways. Introduction of Westley scale let fast aud objectively evaluate the patients status and choose right tactics of treatment. The carried out algorithm of diagnostics and treatment croup syndrome allows to improve tactics of managing patients with croup. The proved antibiotics management at croup allows considerably to reduce complications from antibacterial therapy. Use inhalational Bcklazon-echo at croup allows to reach more fast clinical improvement of patients state and reduce number of children being need in systemic hormone introduction. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The carried out diagnostics algorythm and treatment croup of children were put into in practice of study in State Clinical Infection Hospital №3 of Tashkent city, Regional children hospital in Djizak area.
