The article is devoted to the study of the formation of professional spirituality in the educational process with an emphasis on the development of values among students. The author analyzes the influence of the educational environment on the formation of the spiritual aspects of students' professional and personal identity. The article discusses methods and approaches to the implementation of values related to professional ethics, responsibility and social interaction in educational programs. The practical aspects of integrating ethical standards into the educational process and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of this approach are also discussed. The research is aimed at ensuring the sustainable and harmonious development of students, the formation of their professional values that contribute to the creation of a more ethical and responsible society.
