Состояние факторов местной защиты влагалища у беременных женщин с воспалительными заболеваниями нижних отделов генитального тракта

Аннотация

Microflora of the vagina and cervical channel, local immunity indices were studied in pregnant women with inflammatory diseases of the lower parts of the genital tract. It was shown that the development of the inflammatory pathology in the lower genital tract in pregnant women resulted in dysbiotic changes both in the vagina and cervical channel. In this case disorders of a bacterial defense of the lower genital tract were less prominent than those of the vagina. Along with bacterial defense disorders the pregnant females presented inhibition of both humoral and cellular factors of the local defense which was of special importance in the mechanisms of intrauterine fetal contamination.
