In this article, analyze academician Khadicha Sulaymanova's development of science, efforts to establish a legal state, exemplary life path, and scientific and cultural heritage. In the article, authors show how Kh.S. Sulaymonova became the first Uzbek female lawyer and judge, developed the science of law, worked as the Minister of Justice and Chief Justice of the Uzbek SSR, was recognized as a mentor, academician and public figure, participated in international scientific conferences, as well as her death.
