In the structure of any state, such basic parts consist of three; it is necessary to pay attention to the useful aspect for each type of legislative state structure. The perfect condition of the state structure depends on the excellent functioning and functioning of these parts; the fact that different types of state structure differ from each other stems from the logic that these parts have different structures.
