Endometrial hyperplasia (ET) is the most common disease of the mucous membrane of the uterus and is treated as a non-physiological proliferation of endometrial glandular accom panied by restructuring and, to a lesser extent, the stromal tissue components. One of the most common treatments of EHP without atypia is con-ducting hormone replacement therapy. It is known that the use of COCs for 12 months reduces the risk of en-dometrial cancer by 50%. Under the influence of COCs, endometrium undergoes rapid regression in the prolif-erative phase, premature secretory transformation of the glands appears inside it and deciduous transfor-mation is observed in stroma. In order to determine the effectiveness of low-dose COCs in prolonged regime with endometrial hyperplastic processes the based on the gynecological department of the Samarkand Regional General Hospital №1 was conducted comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination of 30 patients with endometrial hyperplasia in premenopausal. Selection criteria investigation - histological verified diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia without atypia.
