Subject of research: 102 patients (204 eyes) with hypertonic retinopathy elderly and senile age. Purpose of work: Study efficiency a biorcgulating therapy on clinicfunctional condition of the organ of the vision and quality to life patient with hypertonic retinopathy in elderly and senile age and its clinic-patogynetics motivation. Methods of research: questionnaire, clinic-ophthalmologic, instrumental, biochemical, statistical. The results obtained and their novelty: is a rcvcalled ophthalmologic criterion, reflecting quality to life and efficiency of the treatment sick hypertonic retinopathy. The clinic-patogynetics is motivated efficiency of the connection Cortexin in standard hypotensive therapy hypertonic retinopathy, to account of increasing of the quip of the vision on 22,4% (R<0,05), expansions of the field of vision on 23% (R<0,05), improvements гемодинамики in CAR on 19,65% and in CVR on 23,45%, reconstruction SEX-AOS, NO-crgichic of the systems in SZH, increasing quality visions and quality to life on 43,6%.
